Argenti Care Packages
Our Lifeline packages consists of a discreet alarm unit which is connected to a telephone line. A pendant is worn around the neck or on the wrist which connects you to our emergency monitoring centre at the press of a button.
£19.99 per month
Our Falls package provides added protection for individuals who may be at risk of falling by automatically raising an alert to our emergency monitoring centre if it senses you have fallen. You can also press the button if you need to call for help.
£24.99 per month
Our Mobile package provides reassurance for people with active lives whilst out and about. The Mobile package uses GPS technology for added protection to help locate people with dementia who are at risk of wandering. It also includes 4 buttons for pre-programmed numbers of relatives or friends.

Safe at Home Package
Our Safe at Home package extends protection for people who may experience day to day risks around the home such as fires, floods, leaving the cooker on or bogus callers. Additional sensors automatically alert our emergency monitoring centre.

All prices exclude VAT. You are likely to be exempt from VAT if you have a long-term illness or are disabled.
When our Telecare Advisor visits your home to demonstrate Argenti Care they will ask you a number of questions about your health, mobility and social circumstances. Based on your responses they may suggest additional sensors and products that could be added to our standard package to match your needs. There will be no obligation or pressure to opt for these and the additional cost will be explained fully prior to any decision being made. Some of the options available include:
Bed And Chair Occupancy Sensors
The Bed/Chair Occupancy Sensor is designed to automatically raise an alarm call if a client:
Has not gone to bed by the predetermined time;
Has not got out of bed by the predetermined time;
Gets out of bed during the night and does not return within the predetermined time period.
The solution can be tailored to suit the specific daily activities of the individual. There is an optional facility available to automatically turn on a light or series of lights such as those in the main bedroom, hallway and bathroom in order to minimise the risk of falling should the client get out of bed.
There are a wide variety of sensors that can monitor your home environment, providing reassurance that if there are incidents an alert will be raised in a timely manner to the Call Monitoring Centre and will take appropriate action.

These sensors are used to raise an alert to the Call Monitoring Centre if the Service User has left their property at an inappropriate time.
Bogus Caller / panic button
It can also be used to summon assistance or verbal prompts can be given via the lifeline unit. Such incidents will also be automatically recorded and can be used in evidence.
This small safe attaches to your outside wall and holds a spare key to your home. This allows emergency services and close relatives or friends to have access to your home using your unique code of five to seven digits.
